Currently, I am majoring in is computer science and what really influenced me to go into computer science is my love for computers themselves. Ever since I received my first laptop, I would always play games on it and find ways to make the computer run as fast as possible. With all computers there were problems with it but whenever there was a problem, I would always look online to troubleshoot and fix the problem. The feeling after fixing that problem you have had for days is really where my inspiration came from to becoming a computer science major.
Currently, I am majoring in computer science and what influenced me to go into this particular major is my love for technology in general. Ever since I received my first laptop, I would always play video games every hour of the day. Not only my laptop, but I am always using my phone whether it be for social media and playing games. Using these two devices my whole life, I cannot see myself going on without them. Majoring in computer science is my step to not only keep technology with me but to make advancement.

Ever since I was younger, I always adored taking care of the people around me. The fact that there are many different ways to communicate with patients that have speech and hearing disorders was just so fascinating to me. Also, being able to diagnose and treat people is always a great feeling. The chance to help change people's lives is the reason why I want to major in speech pathology.
I have chosen a major of speech pathology because of my desire to help people of all ages. Since I was younger, I always adored taking care of the ones around me. Although there were many other helpful fields, I felt this particular major allows an individual to be very creative when it comes to helping their patients. My parents would say how there are many different ways to communicate with patients that have speech and hearing disorders. Also, I was fascinated when my parents mentioned that a speech pathologist can diagnose and treat their patients. The chance to help change people's lives is the reason why I want to major in speech pathology.
As of right now I am majoring in early childhood education and who inspired me into this field isn't just one singular person it would have to be all of my teachers from Pre-k to my senior year of high school to dance class and to the ones who may not call themselves teachers. I was always fascinated by the way they taught and how not every one teacher is the same ,but are doing the same thing and achieving the same goal, which is to help you success not only in academics but in life. That is why I feel as though I can truly take part in the education field and help assist the young learners of today.

My mother always told me it doesn't matter what I do, as long as I do it right. So to me, when people smile and say "thank you" I can tell I'm doing something right. I want to be able to help any and everyone to make sure they aren't left out due to the fast advancement in technology.
